Q. How do I know if I need to register in the Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management system?

Q. How do I register in the Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management system?

A: Click here to register your company, purchase contractor cards, and induct your employees through the portal.

Q: What benefit does the Contractor Management portal have for me and my employees?

A: The portal is your key to doing business with Campbell Arnott’s. It ensures your employees are safe and qualified to be on our sites, reducing risk.

Q: Employees from my company need to work on Campbell Arnott’s sites. What do I need to do?

A: You will need to register your company via the online portal. Please click on the Register Now button at the top of this page. Once your registration is complete and you’ve provided company details, you can start purchasing cards and enrolling your employees into online inductions where necessary.

Q. What if I’m a subcontractor on a Campbell Arnott’s site?

A: Subcontractors are the responsibility of the company engaging them to work on site. You should contact that company to register you in the system.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the registration or induction process?

A: You can contact Pegasus on the Campbell Arnott’s help line on 1300 175 307 during business hours.

Q: What if my username and password for the portal does not work?

A: Your username and password are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting from the email you received (ensuring you don’t copy any spaces). If this doesn’t work please Contact Us.

Q: What if I haven’t received my username and password for the portal?

A: Please check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t received it, please Contact Us so we can confirm your email address and re-issue your login details.

Q: What if I forget or lose my password?

A: The portal can email you a new password if you’ve forgotten or lost yours. Click on Forgot my Password on the login page and you’ll be emailed your password.

Q: I need to change the user access for our company. How do I get new login details issued?

A: Please contact the help line on 1300 305 072.

Q: How do I enrol employees into site inductions?

A: After logging in to the portal, select ‘Order Cards’, complete the individual registration process and select a role for your employee based on the site and type of work they’re doing.

The portal will prompt you to upload documents and book into online inductions.

Q: How do I order a replacement induction card?

A: A replacement card can be provided for $30 ex GST. Please contact Pegasus to be sent a replacement card order form.

Q: How is our data protected?

A: Please refer to the Privacy policy.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Secure online payments are available through the portal via credit card. Visa and MasterCard will be accepted.

Q: Are my credit card details secure in the portal?

A: Yes, the system uses https SSL certificate encryption with a 2,048 bit key. Your credit card details are sent by an encrypted SSL connection and are not retained in server logs or browser history. Because we don’t retain any credit card information, you must re-enter your card details each time you make a purchase in the portal.

Q: How long is my company registration valid for?

A: Company registration is currently valid for two years with an annual renewal/maintenance fee. You will be prompted to maintain your licence and insurances throughout the year.

Q. How do I know if I need a Campbell Arnott’s site induction?

Q: What do I need to do to complete my Campbell Arnott’s induction?

A: All inductions are booked and completed online. To book into an induction, your company must first be registered in the Campbell Arnott’s Contractor Management portal. Your company administrator will then enrol you into an induction. You’ll be emailed a link to complete your induction online.

Q: How much is an employee registration?

A: Employee registration is $65 ex GST, per employee, currently valid for 2 years.

Q: How much does an induction cost?

A: Induction bookings cost $25 ex GST per year, per employee, per site.

Q. What do I do if I’m a subcontractor employee?

A: You should contact the company that engaged you to work on a Campbell Arnott’s site to register you and book your induction.

Q: Will I receive a card that I can use to log in and out of Campbell Arnott’s sites?

A: Yes, cards will be issued at the successful completion of the induction. They’ll be mailed to your nominated address and are valid for two years.

Q: How can I order a replacement induction card?

A: A replacement card can be printed for $30 ex GST. Please contact Pegasus on 1300 305 072 for a replacement card order form.

Q: How long is my induction valid for?

A: Inductions are valid for one year.
